Marital frustration

My SO is very insecure and always accuse me of cheating, even though have never cheated on him, or do anything to make him think I'm cheating. We've been married for 3yrs ttc#1. It really hurts me whenever he accuses me. I always cry my eyes out explaining that I'm not a cheat. He beats me once cuz a neighbor borrowed a flashlight from me. Accusing me of sleeping with him. Recently I was spiritually warned not fight or get angry with him recently Cuz the Lord will soon open my womb.... But he's not helping with his constant wrong accusations. I just don't know what to do anymore....
