fav late night / early morning snacks?

Hi ladies, I am at 20 weeks and hit a phase where I feel empty/starving right before bed and when I open my eyes in the morning. Im usually not a night owl eater and have late breakfasts In the mornings at work. 
Any favorite, easy healthy snacks you have built into your routines for pre-bedtime and first thing in the AM? I have just gained two pounds so far so not shying away from calories... but as much as I feel hungry having a hard time finding things that I feel like eating, particularly in these off hours. Thanks 🙏
