Hi baisically in may I lost twins I don't know if they were identical or fraternal. I'm now 12 weeks pregnant and I'm feeling huge , tummy is rock hard all over everyone's clicking I'm pregnant before I've announced as I'm so big. My morning sickness is still bad and I'm breathless all the time. My first scan is next week but my tummy is so tight and big already feels like I'm going to burst. Could it be twins again all my symptoms first time went at 6 weeks (babies both stopped growing at 5 weeks) picture of tummy this is massive for me. Also feeling flutters already 3rd baby 6th pregnancy
