Pinkish brown discharge 5 weeks

So my last period that I had started on January 31st and my SO and I bed on the 15th which I believe would have been the day I had ovulated, fast forward to the bottom picture and I started having a watery pink discharge on the 3rd the next started I started bleeding heavy and passing a lot of little clots and then until the 7th it was just light bleeding I thought that was my new period but when I woke up this morning I've been having light brown/pink discharge and I only see it when I wipe when I go to the bathroom. Any suggestions on what could be happening I took a test on the 3rd right before I started the spotting but it was negative and haven't tested since.
