Schedule?

Question

I'm trying to get my 5.5 month old on a set schedule, but I'm having a hard time figuring out her naps (frequency and length). Any moms out there have their 5 -6 month old on a schedule, and can you share what it looks like?

We generally do:

7:30 wake up
7:45 feed
8:30-10:15ish nap
11:15 feed
12ish nap (short, 30-40 mins. Usually I'm in the car running errands)
2:30 feed
3-5 nap
6:30 feed
7pm bed

The big key for me was paying attention to when my baby was actually acting hungry and tired. I tried to force these schedules on her that made her miserable, and when I stopped and looked for tired and hungry cues I realized this is naturally what she wants to do. I don't let her go more than 2-2.5 hours without a nap.

We've been on a schedule that he pretty much created by following cues. I guess it's supposed to change around 6months but here's our day now:

6am wake
615 bottle
7:15-8 nap
8-845 play
8:45 cereal and fruit
9:15 bottle
10-11:30 nap
11:30-12:30 play (usually  walk to and play at park)
12:30 bottle
1:30/2-2:30/3 nap
3:30 bottle
4:15. Veggie
430-5 nap
5-6:15 story time/play with SO
6:15 bottle
7:30 bed

6:30 milk
8ish nap for 30 mins
9:30 baby porridge 
10:30 ish nap for 30 mins
11 ish milk
Nap for 1 hr any time between 12 and 2 
3pm milk
5:30 dinner and dessert 
7ish milk
By 7:30 his a sleep

Up between 6-7am
Bottle at 7:30-8am. Play.
Bottle at 11am. 
Nap from 11:15-12:30. 
Bottle at 1. Play 
bottle at 4-5p and nap. 
Nap til 5:30ish-6
Bath at 6pm
Bottle at 7 and bed
Dream feed 10pm 
30 oz breast milk total daily

Rinse and repeat :)
