Even if it's a faint line I think it still means pregnant but I don't know what it means if it disappears though. Definitely try another test in a day or 2 and sees if the positive shows better and stays

If it disappeared, it could have been a dye run that went away as it dried. 
It could maybe have been a positive, but it sounds more like a dye run since it went away. 
I don't want to be a Debbie downer here, I just don't want you to get your hopes up and then be disappointed if it wasn't positive. I hope it is a positive!! Good luck!
