Did anyone else's boy ultrasound look like this?

My husband and I have 3 girls and I think I am in denial. The tech had a hard time getting the legs open but at the end said boy. I'm not convinced. Did anyone else have a boy with 3 lines like this? I am 16 weeks.

The last one looks like a boy to me but the others I'm not so sure. I'd wait till the 20 week anatomy scan to confirm. Here's my boy at 20 weeks for reference.

I would say boy just because it pokes off like a penis . But you could always have another opinion

The first two pictures look like a girl and the last one looks like a boy. I'd get a second opinion!
