Birth Control Still Effective???

I am on birth control pills and me and my husband went to Florida for Valentine's Day and I didn't want to be bleeding and get in the ocean so I took the 3 weeks of pills and didn't take the placebos and I went straight into the second pack so I took a week of the new pack and then when we got back from Florida I took the placebo week pills from the first pack. And I still had 2 weeks left of the new pack of regular pills. So in a couple of days I will run out of the 2 weeks in the new pack I previously had. I'm wondering if it will be less effective because I will only have taken 14 days worth of pills instead of the regular 25 days for me? Or if I should buy a new pack and try to keep it on schedule? Sorry if this is confusing I didn't know how to say all this in a short paragraph! 😊
