only gestational sac :(

I had my first ultrasound at 6 weeks and 1 day. They could only find the gestational sac! :( I'm freaking out - of course, I googled, and all I can think about is that it's a loss! They did blood work and my HCG was 4252. I go back again today so they can compare. :(
