Abnormal finding in my Pap smear?
I got a pelvic exam done recently. I found out I had BV and I was prescribed antibiotics for it.
I got a call this week from the office. I was told that they found "atypical squamous cells" and that I should see a specialist.
The NP said its common and it might likely just be an error.
I'm still really scared cause there's a likelihood it could possibly be HPV. I need to get a Pap smear done again and possibly a biosopy if they find anything. The biopsy is what is freaking me out.
On top of all that, I have recently got out of a relationship and I've already started seeing someone else. I've contacted both of them and they are aware of what is going on.
