breastfeeding/pumping mama traveling with out baby.. WHAT DO I DO?!
Hello! I am a breastfeeding and pumping mother of a 9 month old baby boy!
Next weekend I am going away from Thursday to Sunday night... With out him!! I have a stash in the freezer that will last while I'm gone.. But I am worried about a few things
1) keeping up my supply - any tips
2) traveling back with my pumped milk******
Do I have to check my bag?? I really did not want to have to!!
Is there a limit on milk allowed to travel with out baby?
What do I say?
I have been using storage bags... But any other recommendation on what to store them in?? I was thinking of putting those in a isolated bag meant for keeping things cool... But do I risk those bags being crushed and opening!!??
Please help!! I am so stressed!! Legit have considered canceling! REALLY do not want to use formula!! Also, please no comments telling me I'm a bad mom for leaving my baby.. I really feel guilty enough!!
