💀death by period 💀
Omg ðŸ˜. I'm period is killing me 💀 I've tried everything to reduce the pain of cramps but every month they come back with a vengeance.👿I double over, can't move, have no appetite, sometime they get so bad I  puke from the pain.🤢 Period just started today and I don't wanna deal  with this anymore. There has got to be a better way. Heating pads and hot baths 🛀 only go so far and in AZ heatstroke is not something I'm down to try. Open to suggestions!Â
