Do you know when you're starting your period?

I always know when my flow is coming (that's what i call it 😂) and put on a pad but it doesn't come. And somehow, whenever I give up and take off my empty pad, my period starts. I'm just like smh

I get Headaches and back pains like the week before

Yeah its very predictable based on my BC. The flow is never substantial the first day so I wear a panty liner and then the following days I wear my cup.
