Let's talk poop!

My son is seven weeks old as of yesterday! He is a pooper that's for sure, usually he poops at least three or four times a day. But since about 9 PM last night he hasn't pooped once! He doesn't act fussy or in pain, his belly is it hard, he just acts like his normal self. I called the doctor earlier today and they told me not to be alarmed, but I've been trying some natural home remedies like massaging his belly, a warm bath, having tummy time, and doing bicycle legs. Any other suggestions on what to do? Is it normal anybody else having this experience? Thanks everyone in and advance
