naturally inducing labor
Almost 37 weeks and I don't wanna go past 40 weeks or have to be induced medically! I started walking and I got a yoga ball to bounce on yesterday! I was wondering if any mommies would offer advice as to how long to bounce on the ball everyday/walk and if there are any other things to do to have things move naturally on their own?
Doctors don't think I'll be going to 40 weeks and I've already dropped since 33 weeks! Thank you ladies in advance for any advice :)
