hey mammys out there do your hips change after giving birth?

I've been told your whole body changes but one thing that has brought to my attention is hips changing is a good/bad change ??

My hips changed & my back got wider. I lost all of the weight, but since my body changed, I have things that just won't ever fit again lol. It's a welcome change in exchange for my sweet baby boy, though 💙

No. I always go back to a size 2/4. From going up to about 200 lbs lol. Takes a year pp but i manage every time😉

I'm back to my normal weight but my hips are bigger. Some of my jeans don't fit around them anymore

I had my baby 3 weeks ago and my hips actually seem smaller. I have lost alot of weight in the past 3 weeks and actually weigh less then I did before I fell pregnant so that could have something to do with them looking smaller maybe ?

I was just wondering this the other day! My hips are already pretty wide but I would honestly love for them to get more wide! Hopefully this baby changes my body in all the right ways, but I'm not counting on it. Staying hopeful though!

Yes, they get wider. Some by a lot, some just a tad.
