Is tylenol safe to take while pregnant for headaches?

My OB recommended drinking water, laying down in a dark room, and taking acetaminophen as a last resort. But it is on the safe list. How far along are you? I keep reading the hormone changes make headaches common in first trimester, but mine have seemed to kick in during second trimester.
