I ACCIDENTALLY USED GOLDBOND POWDER ON MY VAG SOS

So about two days ago i used Goldbond Medicated Powder to help w chaffing, and i put it ALL OVER my uh... "lower hemisphere"... now my vagina hurts and is swollen and i can sometimes feel my pulse down there. SO UNCOMFORTABLE. if anyone has suggestions to help w the burning, swelling, itching, ANYTHING... please help asap!!!! i've thought about douching?? but would that have any affect? pls help!!
