So it seem like the older I get the worst my period is. I went from no symptoms to severe cramps, vomiting, fatigued, headache damn near migraine, back hurts so bad I can't bend nor do I want to stand! The flow is horrible 😣at first I'm thinking it's my stress lvl. I had my period twice last month. That was a freakin dewzy. Like right now I'm in so much pain I have a tens unit on my back and will be switching to a heating pad. Anyone else have this problem. Oh and I need a lot of heat because I get cold to the point of shivering
