I'm so freaking pissed off

It's 4:30am and not only am I on my period but I'm hella freaking itchy. I think I have a yeast infection. Nothing is working to help ease the itch!!! I tried vagisil and I've tried hydrocortisone and it's not helping as much as I need it to. I'm ready to rip my skin off!!! 😭😭😭😭😭
