took pill 40 min late, still covered??

I took my pill 35 to45 min late. I take gianvi. Am I still covered to prevent pregnancy??

Read your pamphlet for exact info on your pill, but most pills have a 1hr window for you to take it without it being considered late. If you're on the mini pill then it's 30min I believe. But one late pill isn't usually a big deal either! Your pamphlet will explain everything about your pill and the 'rules' about taking it!
