Baby sleeps in Rock N Play?

Question

Anyone else use a Rock n' Play for their babies to sleep in at night? My cousin swore by it and so I decided to go that route this time. My doc didn't recommend it just because it's at an angle but was wondering if any other moms are using one? I guess I'm just trying to justify using it. 😳

We use it at night next to the bed since birth. Baby is 5 weeks.

Be careful, as they can cause flat head.

My son sleeps in his glider. It helps get him asleep and stay asleep longer. Doctor was okay with it because it was angled up to help him digest his milk so he won't spit up as much.

The absolute only thing my daughter will sleep in right now!! Amazing. We just bought another one with auto rock. Doctor isn't too concerned but I'm thinking I should up her tummy time during the day.

We use a rock and play also for my son and he loves it. I also have a pack and play with the bassinet that is a little more flat that I let him sleep in during the day for some change, however he doesn't seem to have any issues when laying on his back- he falls asleep in our arms flat on his back so I don't think he'll have any issues transitioning to his crib.

That is what my one month old sleeps in. She doesn't have any trouble falling asleep. We're starting to introduce her to her crib for naps, though, since we want her to get used to it to make the transition easier.

My son likes to sleep in his swing during the day or early mornings. Sometimes he'll sleep in it all night. All I know is he doesn't like his crib so we use what we can
