breastfeeding question?!

Does anyone who breastfeed deal with a burning sensation between nursing. My boobs burns out of no where and it hurts!!! Am I not pumping/nursing often enough?? I'm not sure why this is happening.

In my case when I get a feeling like that it's because my boobs are too full and need to be pumped or fed from.

Could that be why my son sometimes chokes when he's nursing? Lately he's been sucking, pulls off for a second then relatches. I'm new to this whole breastfeeding world.

Yes it's my let down. Sometimes I just gently push down on my boobs until it goes away so I don't leak too much.
