extremely painful stinging

so my boyfriend and I have been having sex for a few months and not had any issues, but within the last few weeks or month, I've had horribly painful stinging from my vagina every time we finish up a session. does anyone have any idea what it could be or advice for me?

p.s we almost never use a condom.
