So, I stopped my nuvaring, not to get pregnant, just to let my body get back to normal. I've been taking birth control in some form or another for 10 years so it was time to come off anyway. I'm now using the fertility awareness method (NO NOT THE STUPID RHYTHM METHOD, that doesn't work) and have successfully pinpointed my ovulation(temp spike after a day of ovulation pain, and egg white cm). Only problem...I am now having another period two weeks after my last ended. This didn't happen when I came off to get pregnant this time last year. Anybody come off birth control and have this happen? If so, did things go back to normal the following month?
