Yes, drying up too. Lotrimin is the best for it. Take baby the dr and they will give you that prescription.

If you have a black light, look at it under that. Ringworm turns white under the black light. If it is, don't touch it, wash your hands before touching her anywhere else or yourself. It's a fungus and is highly contagious. OTC antifungal or athletes foot cream works, but if you're worried about the concentrate take her to the dr and get prescription. Wash her/your bedding and clothes in hot water. Either someone who held her has it or if someone pet an animal that had it they transferred it to her. Or if the animals have access to the bedding/clothing it's possible to have been transferred that way.

You can also put a bit of clear nail polish over it to suffocate it and keep it from spreading
