So I've just recently came off the depo shot like a week ago and now I'm trying to figure out natural ways to get my period back ! Any suggestions ladies?! 
    Side Note: I've been cramping like I'm about to start but nothing happens any idea what that's all about!

You just need to give your body time to readjust. When I stopped taking my bc , I didn't have a cycle for about two months and I when I tell you lol I was so happy . I'd never been so happy to see AF!!
