Period ...pregnant ...idk

I had sex the day before my cycle was due which pushes it back that's normal for me about 2-3 days but now it's been 6 days no period. I took a pregnancy test on day 3(negative) and day 5 also (negative). I have sore nipples, headache, and craving sweets and I also have the feeling that my cycle is about to start but I'm stressing so much......ugh!!
