Food Baby!!! 😭😭😭😭

I hate that I cannot enjoy eating delicious food, even water for f*cks sakes! I get super bloated that I look like my food baby is about 5 months lmao!! Does anyone else go through this often or on a daily basis like myself? What do you do to control it?
