do you know if I can re-freeze my frozen breast milk to use in weaning food

I have lots of frozen breast milk that will be 5-6 month old When my LO will be 6 months and I start weaning. My question is Can I defrost it and add it to home made weaning puréed and then refreeze it ie a batch of pea & BM in a ice cube tray and I defrost a cube a day??????
If not I could use some on her skin, milk baths. But generally newer frozen milk can I cook with it and re freeze that please?

You aren't supposed to refreeze thawed out breastmilk.

As I know, you can't refreezing breastmilk. If you defreeze it, you have to use it for two hours and that's all.

I only use refrigerated bm to make his food, then freeze that in ice cube trays. It's only supposed to be frozen once, so I wouldn't risk it. For us, Making a full try (1 week of food for us) takes about 8 ounces of bm to make. So I just have to make sure I pump extra, or use a frozen bag for one of his bottles for the week.

If you're still pumping and if your baby will bottle feed I say use the frozen and pump and freeze more but do it in smaller portions how you'll need it.
