Struggling...

Before baby, I was someone who really enjoyed my sleep. We're talking like 8-10 hours every night was optimal for me. Now that I've been functioning on 6 or less every night for close to 3 months, it is really starting to take a toll. I love my baby to death, and I wouldn't trade having him for all the sleep in the world, but is anyone else out there having a hard time adjusting to your new level of sleep? Is it just me? Some mornings I just feel like breaking down and crying I'm so exhausted. How are you ladies dealing with it?
