I'm noticing at night that I'm much more hot lately. I've been sweating in the vaginal area and it has a foul odor, almost like pee. I know it's not pee though. I have used a pregnancy body pillow for years now because it's so comfortable, but it seems like I'm clenching more tightly at night and sweating. Anyone else have this issue?? Oh and no smell during the day, at least not like this smell.....
