it's been 45 days since my last cycle but have taken 3 tests and all were negative

So my last period was January 28th to February 2nd and I haven't had a period since then. Not even a little spotting. I'm on fertility medicine to get pregnant. I have been for 10 months now. I'm on a lot of supplements to aide in getting pregnant. I get blood work done twice a month. We've really been trying for a baby. I took three tests and all were negative. My nipples are extremely tender and I have mild cramps.    And usually my boobs hurt all over but I'm not experiencing that and I have endometriosis so my cramps are usually pretty brutal so the mild cramps are not normal for me at all. Every month when my period comes my heart just brakes:( so it's even harder now that I'm super late and I'm getting all negative tests. I don't want to keep getting my own hopes up but I'm never this late. So I don't know what my body is doing. Any advice??
