what to do?

My bf of only 7 months asked me to quit my job and work for him. I make ok money as it is. He owns his own company and makes a lot so I suppose he could afford to pay me. He's gone most of the week, and home on the weekends. I work almost every weekend so we really don't see eachother. He wants me to just do a little office work for him in his office which is in our home and would pay me the same as what I make now and I could be home whenever he is. I don't hate my job right now, but I do hate not seeing him. He's a wonderful man and I don't know what I should do.
