My daughters 1st birthday is coming up and I don't know what the best thing to do is, I really wanted a big party but realised that most of the family would use the party to fall out with each other and create drama, such negative people! But when my daughter grows up I don't want to say 'oh you didn't have a party because auntie such and such and uncle were not getting along'. Basically the family is breaking down and everyone is arguing. If we invited people who weren't involved in the falling out literally about 5 people would attend. I don't want the attention being taken off my daughter, so I'm tempted to cancel the party.i think it's just a shame she wouldn't have a party because of other people. I can think of anything else to do?
