Could use some suggestions. My husband has been very helpful and he has started giving our 7 week old some bottles at night so I could get more sleep but then I think I get clogged ducts because my breast will start to feel almost bruised and becomes very painful. Sometimes I can feel a hard spot. I can usually get it to clear up within a day or so with heat, massage and having my son nurse or pump. It seemed to mostly occur in the same breast every time but the other night it happened in the other breast. It's so frustrating because I just want to be able to get a little extra sleep without ending up in pain. Yesterday it happened again during the day this time and I'm not sure why because I nursed all night. I feel like my milk supply is pretty regulated and I don't get very engorged anymore so I don't understand why the clogged ducts keep occurring. Any advice or suggestions are appreciated
