ACV, exercise, etc help with TTC?
Hey ladies!
Just wondering if any of you have had success conceiving after changing something in your daily routine?
Any thoughts?
I am trying to exercise a little bit daily to improve my over all health
Also I am drinking a glass of water with apple cider vinegar each morning
I am also hoping this will help regulate my cycles which are usually long and cd for ovulation fluctuates
