IVF injections-- Should I be feeling something?

Hey gals, I've completed 2 days of Follistim and Menopur injections. I am on 112.5 of Follistim and 37.5 of Menopur. From what I've gathered, this is a "low dose". I go in for my first monitoring appointment since starting the injections tomorrow morning. My question is, should I be feeling any effects from these injections if they are working? Because I'm NOT feeling any different. My abdomen feels the same, I don't have any cramps or bloating, my mood is normal. What were your experiences with the start of injections? Thanks!
