I'm really embarrassed to post this photo but I'm really worried. I just found out my son had thrush this afternoon and now I see these pimple like bumps on my breast. Does anyone know what it could be?

I get those all the time. Even before I was pregnant. It's something with ingrown hairs and the rubbing from your bra/shirt on them. Sometimes they just show up like a pimple. Sometimes just a red bump like that. Usually go away in a few days.
