Maternity Leave

Anyone else only getting a short maternity leave? I am a teacher for a Catholic school and they will only give me 4 weeks maternity leave. For a district that is so pro-life and pro-family this just doesn't seem right. I am honestly considering not returning to my job next year. Especially since as a teacher I don't have the luxury of slowly starting back or only doing part time. Anyone else in a similar situation?
