C Section mommas!!! 💕🌸 Help?

What kind of underwear did you guys wear after the C Section? For the first day or so I plan on keeping in whatever the hospital gives me, but I bought a more comfy gown a robe and nursing bra for the days following that. I also got a loose Maxi dress to go home in so nothing touches the incision. What kind of underwear should I wear? Brand wise or any tips should help! Also, any other tips you guys have would be great..

granny panties in a silky material! I had a c section a month ago, and can I say it was a amazing experience! My recovery was so easy! Ftm and after laboring for so long I was ready to go!

I just asked if I could have more pairs that the hospital gives you, and wore those for the first week than switch to a high waisted cotton undies. And then once it healed up a bit like week 3 I bought the C panty. It's for c sections. They sell them on amazon, I would definitely check them out , they helped out a lot!

Silky high waisted underware. Ive been using them since the day i got home from the hospital and havent had any issues.

I think I wore the throw away panties the hospital gave me til my silver bandage was in place then wore cotton briefs. Silky would bug me but I might opt for the bandless lace cheeky panties cause right now it's the only thing not currently bugging my scar and I'm 30 weeks.

Go to target and get the seamless underwear without the elastic waistband. Get it 1or 2 sizes bigger. After my c section I bought cotton granny panties in a bigger size and the elastic waist band still left an indentation. When your skin is so sensitive and everything is moving back to normal you do not want tight waistbands pushing everything around. I had a waistband dent for months from underwear and pants.  Still there at 5 months pp but much less noticeable.

I see everyone talking about the granny panties but really silk material??? (asking for real FTM)  I've always been a cotton girl silky seems uncomfortable to me... I'd planned on low riding loose yoga pants with zip front sports bra and baggy sweaters... I'm into dresses.... Should I be reconsidering my purchases?

The hospital ones. Once I rant out of those I haven't worn underwear. (I stopped bleeding like a week after)
