Constently Itchy

I am a FTM and 39 weeks and 3 days and lately past like two weeks I have been nothing but itchy especially on my stomach but lately it has been on my chest arms and legs. I haven't changed my diet or any type of soap that we use: talked to dr, about it last week at apt and he had blood work done; don't have results back yet, hoping to find out tomorrow at apt. Has anyone experencied this in the last little bit of there pregnancy. It is driving me nuts. I have tried all sorts of lotions, and creams and calamin lotion and itch creams noting helps much.
