Appendoctomy stopping period?

Hi guys! I had my appendix out 6 weeks ago, and I haven't had a period since before then, I'm definitely not pregnant (sadly) but no period since January 26th. I'm panicking it's affected my fertility 😭😩 has anyone else had this? Needing reassurance Xx
