help. diarrhea

For the past 2-3 days my baby has had diarrhea. I had previously already went to her pedi for a question and they had said she may get diarrhea if she eats something that upsets her. So, she got diarrhea and I stopped giving her scrambled eggs. But she still has it and a bad rash that isn't going away even tho I've been putting diaper rash creme on every change. Is this a good enough reason to go to the pedi again ? What can I do meanwhile ? She's pooping almost every hour :(
