I m so anxious :(

I m 7 week 4 days pregnant, but I hv no sumptoms,bloating is almost gone, no vomiting tendency. I m just tired n nothing.little food aversion is there but nothing more....I can eat.Didn't have a scan yet so really anxious if everything is alright 😆😆😆😖😖😖
