Hi, 36 first time ttc; second cycle <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">tracking ovulation</a> we got positive at 6 weeks, then severe cramps a week later and scan said early miscarriage and bled out; waiting for AF so i know when I am ovulating so can start again; sad but hopeful; anyone any advice to get through until AF arrives and things are back to "normal"? thank you
