Test !!!

Ok so I took 2 pregnancy test at home and they came out positive and I had implantion bleeding the week before last and I went to the doc and there test are coming out negative but they did a blood test.. my boobs have been very sensitive and I have morning sickness and very tired!! What do yall think? I find out for sure today!
