HSG tomorrow

I was told the doctor would be away for the last test (endometrial biopsy) so I have to wait until my April cycle. They say to use a condom until all testing is done, but since I would have a period before the last test should we try this cycle? HSG is getting done Cycle day 6. And I ovulate cd 13/14 so I don't want to waste this march cycle
