Pregnant with PCOS recurrent miscarriages

Jessica

I am praying for some answers here. I'll try to keep my long story on the short side as best as I can!

I have one son who is 7. That pregnancy had no complications and it wasn't until 9 months after having him that I was diagnosed with PCOS. My cycle never returned to normal after he was born and I began gaining weight.

My husband and I conceived naturally in 2015 after two years of trying. My doctor had me on progesterone pills the first trimester because mine was very low. At 14 weeks I began bleeding and went to the ER to find out my baby stopped growing and had no heartbeat. He measured only 13 wks.

After that loss, my periods came back regularly and my body decided it wanted to be super fertile. Over the past two years I have been pregnant 6 more times. (I am on my 6th right now). All but one have stopped progressing between week 4 and 5. The other one made it to 6 weeks (I throught). An ultrasound showed a sac and beginning of fetal pole that measured 5 weeks 2 days but never grew beyond that.

This time I used progesterone suppositories which actually worked way better than the pills for me. My progesterone levels were great this time when normally the pills dont work well for me to get levels up. I'm seeing a new doctor now so she gave me suppositories and said they work way better than pills. Despite the good levels, this pregnancy is still failing.

I've had a complete pcos hormone blood panel, been tested for a clotting disorder. All tests are coming back normal.

Can anyone relate to me or have any ideas of what it might be?! Not knowing what is wrong is killing me and I'm afraid I will never know.
