I drink one cup of coffee in the mornings about 6 am. Sometimes if I really need a pick me up ill drink a coke around two in the afternoon. But that's it. I always thought it was okay. Well we've got a family member who is struggling to breastfeed. She's not producing enough and wants to find breastmilk for her baby. I've got about 500oz in my freezer that I'm probably not going to need so I offered to give some to her because her baby was just put in the hospital again. She seemed interested but when she found out I drink caffiene she turned me down and made me feel like a shitty mom for drinking caffiene and breastfeeding. I always thought it was okay..   Should I stop drinking it?
